Dropee helps you store luggage at trusted local shops and businesses while you explore a city. Book online, drop off your bags, and pick them up when you are ready.

Search for a city or use the map to find a Dropee Spot near you. Choose your drop-off and pick-up times, select your bag types, and pay securely at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and QR code.

Arrive within your booked drop-off window and show your QR code from the Dropee app or confirmation email. The partner will verify your booking and store your bags securely.

You can store suitcases, backpacks, and other travel bags. Do not store illegal, hazardous, perishable, or prohibited items. High-value items should only be stored if the partner explicitly accepts them.

Yes — if you have not checked in yet, you can cancel from your account. After check-in, the storage period has started and cancellations are generally not available. See our cancellation policy for full details.

Payment is collected when your booking is confirmed. We use Stripe for secure card processing. Prices include the storage fee shown at checkout; taxes or fees may apply depending on location.

Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method. We process them promptly; your bank may take 5–10 business days to display the credit.
