Terms of Service

Last updated: Jul 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dropee platform, including our website, mobile experiences, and luggage storage bookings with partner locations. By creating an account or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Dropee

Dropee connects travellers with independent partner locations ("Dropee Spots") that offer short-term luggage storage. Dropee provides the booking platform and payment processing; storage services are delivered by the partner location you select.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dropee. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Bookings & payments

When you book storage, you agree to the drop-off and pick-up times, bag categories, and total price shown at checkout. Payment is collected when your booking is confirmed unless stated otherwise.

Booking references and QR codes are personal to your reservation. Do not share them publicly. Present your QR code (in the app or confirmation email) when checking in at the partner location.

4. At the storage location

Partner locations are independently operated. They may inspect bags for security, refuse prohibited items, and apply their own reasonable storage rules provided they do not conflict with Dropee policies.

You are responsible for the contents of your luggage. Do not store illegal, hazardous, perishable, or high-value items unless the partner explicitly accepts them.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the booking status and timing. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, bookings that have not yet been checked in may be eligible for cancellation according to our cancellation policy.

Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dropee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, except where law requires otherwise.

Claims about lost or damaged luggage must be reported promptly through Dropee support so we can work with the partner location to investigate.

7. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Dropee after changes constitutes acceptance.

Questions about these Terms: contact us through the Dropee app or at the support address listed on our website.
